QMaster removal instructions

1) Make sure you are logged into Windows as administrator or equivalent

2) In task manager, go to Processes.

3) Make sure 'Show processes from all users' is checked

4) Search for and kill these processes: psinsrd.exe, timesyncd, tstray, mbusd, siamd, slp-daemon (you may not find them all)

5) Delete C:\QMaster folder   or C:\Wincue folder

6) Delete C:\program files\Autocue or c:\program files (x86)\autocue    (you may or may not find this)

7) Enable "show hidden files". Delete C:\users\{admin account}\AppData\Roaming\psi-config folder (for XP, C:\documents and settings\{admin account}\AppData\Roaming\psi-config )

8) Delete registry key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Autocue or HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Wow6432Node\Autocue.

9) Delete registry key HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Autocue

10) Delete desktop shortcut for QMaster. Delete shortcut for QMaster under Start->All programs

11) Restart the computer.
